Network and Infrastructure Installation: Led the installation of network infrastructure and supporting systems for the prestigious Festival of Speed, attracting over 200,000 visitors across four days of events. Ensured seamless connectivity and high-performance systems for the duration of the event.
Broadband Circuit Management: Managed the installation of over 100 temporary broadband circuits, providing essential connectivity for the press office, exhibition stands, and major attractions across the festival grounds.
Exhibitor Support: Acted as the technical point of contact for high-profile exhibitors, including Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Audi, and Mercedes, ensuring their technical requirements were met and systems operated smoothly during the event.
F1 Paddock Technical Lead: Led the technical build and setup of the F1 Paddock, housing teams from Red Bull, McLaren, Mercedes, Ferrari, and Williams. Coordinated all technical aspects to ensure seamless operations for these high-profile exhibitors.
Network Upgrade: Spearheaded the upgrade of the festival’s fiber network, increasing capacity from 10Mbps to 100/1000Mbps. Installed new internet leased line circuits to support the increased demand for high-speed connectivity.
Data Centre Design and Build: Designed and constructed a new Data Centre, including raised flooring, fire suppression systems, electrical circuits, and cooling mechanisms to ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical infrastructure.
Server and Rack Installation: Managed the build and installation of new racks and Dell servers, along with fiber channel NAS and UPS systems for each rack, ensuring high availability and resilience for the event's IT infrastructure.
VMware Virtualization: Led the installation of VMware vSphere clustering and virtual servers, building a new core network that supported the festival’s extensive technical requirements.
SQL and Application Server Setup: Created and configured Microsoft SQL instances, IIS, and application servers to support various event-related applications and systems.
Hotel Management System Build: Oversaw the build and installation of a new Delphi Hotel Management System, integrating reservations, front-of-house operations, food & beverage, and spa systems to ensure a smooth operational flow for the event’s hospitality services.

Service Desk Development: Spearheaded the development and establishment of a new service desk, managing all aspects of the project including assessing needs and requirements, conducting product and pricing negotiations, ensuring business readiness, and overseeing promotional efforts.
ITIL-Based Service Management: Successfully delivered a new service solution, implementing ITIL-based service management processes. This initiative led to a 15% improvement in operational effectiveness and Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.

E-commerce and Digital Sales: Drove £1.5m in sales through new e-commerce and digital platforms. Volunteered to redesign and rebrand the company website in collaboration with the marketing team.
