  • Decommissioning and Returns Management: Led the decommissioning process for existing hardware, managing part discrepancies with the supplier to minimize excess charges during the decommissioning phase.
  • Hardware Procurement and Delivery Management: Managed the selection, negotiation, and procurement of new hardware, including racks, servers, switches, routers, and cabling. Coordinated all delivery and service arrangements, serving as the single point of contact for suppliers.
